Orange and Olive Salad

Orange and Olive Salad

Orange and Olive Salad is so simple yet so full of flavour. The combination of freshly sliced oranges and olives make this a gorgeously refreshing and tasty salad. I serve this as a side dish especially with pasta dishes. Some of my favourites include  Spiced Seafood PastaStuffed Italian Chicken and Butternut Carbonara.  This Moroccan recipe includes only five ingredients but they create such a pleasurable mix.  I thought oranges and onions would be strange but they compliment each other with the sweet and sour kind of way. This has become a very popular salad especially during the bbq season.
