Ingredients
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 inch ginger peeled, minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 whole chicken breasts boneless/skinless and cut into 1/4″ strips
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

- Add the chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.2 whole chicken breasts
- Thread the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.
- Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
