Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cherry tomatoes 500-750g, ripe
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil 15 ml
- 1 tbsp red wine 15 ml
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp parsley 45 ml, finely chop
- salt
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut each in half.
- Combine with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss gently to coat the tomatoes.
- Arrange on a serving platter with cocktail sticks for guests to serve themselves or as a side dish for the main course.
- Serve with toast or crackers.
