Swedish Beef a la Lindstrom – Biff a la Lindstrom

The Swedish have provided the world with Swedish Meatballs. They now have the Swedish Beef a la Lindstrom – Biff a la Lindstrom, the Swedish version of a burger.  In my view this is far tastier than anything you will get from a fast food outlet. Making it with heavy cream, capers, beets and cider vinegar gives the burger a superb aroma and flavour.  Normally, these burgers are served with fried eggs and not always in a bun. A Swedish friend Annette made these about two weeks ago with homemade chips and the meal was absolutely perfect. Especially as we were hungry and these appeared within 20 minutes. That is fast food.
