Our Food Planner is very straight forward what to eat organiser.  The instruction manual can be found by clicking here.  This food planner page was created to help you plan every part of your meals for weeks in advance.  Just find the recipe you like and drag it into the meal for the particular day and your done.  Also, each time you select a recipe, the ingredients are added to the shopping list.  If you have the ingredients, just cross them off your shopping list.  In addition to making a plan, the shopping list prints out neatly and ready to take with you to the shops.
