Add crushed ice to a shaker.

Add the white rum, orange and pineapple juices, and the almond syrup, put the lid on and give a shake of only a few seconds.
45 ml orange juice,
45 ml pineapple juice,
5 ml Almond Syrup,
30 ml dark rum
Carefully pour into a chilled glass.
Slowly add the dark rum on top by turning a teaspoon upside down. Hold it just above the ice ad slowly add the dark rum. That way it won’t sink.
15 ml white rum
Garnish with everything from a sprig of mint, orange or lime segment and a straw.
