For the Porridge

semi skimmed milk
For the Topping

ground cinnamon

red apple
Instructions
Place the oats, milk and cinnamon in a small saucepan.
Grate 3/4 of the apple and add to the pan, heat gently and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Top with remaining sliced apple and add a pinch of cinnamon.
