Ingredients
6large skinless salmon filletapprox. 125g each
Marinade:
1tbspsoy saucereduced salt
2tspsesame oil
1pinchchilli flakes
1tspfresh gingergrated
2tsprunny honey
Garnish:
1tbspcorianderchopped
4medium spring onionssliced
Instructions
Place all the marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and stir well.
Add the salmon fillets, coat in the marinade and set aside to allow the flavours to infuse.
6 large skinless salmon fillet
Cook for 3–4 minutes over a medium heat, add any remaining marinade, turn over and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes until thoroughly cooked through.
Scatter with the coriander and spring onions before serving.
