Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring to break up the meat, until browned (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.

Add the cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chilli powder to the beef. Stir well to coat the meat in the spices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Squeeze the lime juice over the beef, add chopped coriander, and season with salt to taste. Set aside.

In a bowl, toss the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber together. Season with a little salt and pepper.
