1 block pizza dough see note
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sweetcorn kernels fresh or canned
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded/cheddar etc
1/2 cup plum tomatoes sliced/optional
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Olive oil
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly distribute the shredded cheese over the sauce-covered dough, ensuring it reaches the edges.

Scatter the broccoli florets and sweetcorn kernels over the cheese, distributing them evenly across the pizza.

Add the chopped tomatoes if using.
