Ingredients
1cupfresh strawberrieshulled and halved
2medium kiwispeeled and sliced
1cuppineapplecut into bite-sized pieces
1large applecored and chopped (leave skin on if desired)
1large orangepeeled and segmented
1large pearcored and chopped
1/2large lemonjuice or orange juice
Optional Extras
½cupgrapesred or green, halved
½cupblueberries or raspberries
½medium mangopeeled and diced
1large bananasliced (add just before serving)
1tbspcoconutshredded or coconut flakes
1/6bunch fresh mintchopped
1drizzle honeydash of cinnamon
Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
1 cup fresh strawberries, 2 medium kiwis, 1 cup pineapple, 1 large apple, 1 large orange, 1 large pear, ½ cup grapes, ½ cup blueberries, ½ medium mango
Try to make the pieces similar in size so everything mixes evenly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits. If using banana, add it last to prevent it from going too soft.
