4rashers smoked bacon
2large sausages
4large mushroomssliced
6medium cherry tomatoeshalved
1/2medium red bell pepperdiced
2slicescooked hamoptional
2large eggsfree range
2slicesbread

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the bacon and sausages, cooking until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are golden brown (approximately 5-7 minutes). Push them to one side of the pan.

Add the sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper to the empty side of the pan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Cover briefly to trap steam if needed.
Make space in the pan and crack in the eggs. Cook to your preferred style — sunny-side up, fried, or scrambled (about 3 minutes for sunny-side up).
