Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the herb mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil for easy clean-up.
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
