Ingredients

lemon juice

cayenne pepper

ginger
peeled, minced

tsp
curry powder

tsp
olive oil

whole
chicken breasts
boneless/skinless and cut into 1/4" strips
ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken and mix thoroughly.

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,
2 inch ginger,
1 tsp curry powder,
4 tsp olive oil,
ground black pepper
Add the chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
2 whole chicken breasts
Thread the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.
Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
