In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
2 ½ tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp poultry seasoning
Place the chicken strips onto a clean chopping board and generously sprinkle the mixed dry ingredients. Move the chicken around so all sides get coated.
6 large chicken breasts
Place a large frying pan or griddle over a medium high heat and add the olive oil.
1 tbsp olive oil
When hot, add the chicken pieces and sauté for about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes until cooked through.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and serve.

Any juices in the pan can be used to pour over the chicken when served.
Garnish with the chopped scallions/spring onions

I like to use poultry seasoning which is a pre made mixture of dried marjoram, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary and sage.
