Ingredients

jumbo oats

mixed dried fruits

almonds
roughly chopped

tsp
ground cinnamon

tbsp
clear honey

ml
semi-skimmed milk

pears
ripe/core/grate
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160C, gas mark 3.
Mix together the oats, dried fruit, almonds and cinnamon and spread out on a large baking tray.
100 g jumbo oats,
100 g mixed dried fruits,
25 g almonds,
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Drizzle over the honey and mix to evenly coat.
2 tbsp clear honey
Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
Stir in the milk and allow to soak, in the fridge ideally, overnight.
200 ml semi-skimmed milk
Stir in the grated pears and serve with yogurt or a little extra milk.
