Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. For a crispier crust, roll it thinner; for a chewier crust, keep it thicker.
1 large pizza dough
Spread the tomato base sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
1 cup tomato passata
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices, diced ham, and sliced mushrooms over the cheese.
20 slices pepperoni, 1 cup ham, 1 cup mushrooms
Add the fresh spinach leaves and thinly sliced red onions on top of the other toppings.
1 cup spinach, ½ cup red onion
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings to ensure everything is covered and will meld together during baking.
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavor.
1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Slice and serve immediately while the cheese is still melty and delicious.
