Pepperoni, Mushroom and Olive Pizza

Ingredients

250 g pizza dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce passata
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup black olives sliced
1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
1/2 cup green peppers sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the dough to a baking tray or pizza stone. Drizzle with olive oil.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the sauce.
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Evenly distribute the mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and green peppers across the pizza.

Top with the remaining half of the cheese and sprinkle with dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes if using.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
