Instructions
Wash rice in three changes of hot water, drain.
4 oz wild rice
Combine rice, 2 cups water, and bouillon granules in a medium saucepan; bring to boil.
2 cup water,
1 tbsp Beef bouillon
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 30-45 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Sauté mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender.
1/2 lb mushrooms,
1/4 cup butter,
1 tbsp lemon juice
Stir mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender.
Stir mushrooms, onion, parsley, garlic powder, and pecans into rice.
2 tbsp onion,
1 tbsp parsley,
1/8 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 cup pecans
