low-fat yogurt

cottage cheese

soy sauce

dill

Parmesan

paprika

cup
onion
finely chopped
Instructions
Cut each potato in half and scoop out the centres, leaving 1/4 inch shell.

Place potatoes and remaining ingredients except turkey and paprika in a bowl.
1/4 tsp Pepper,
2/3 cup low-fat yogurt,
2/3 cup cottage cheese,
1 tbsp soy sauce,
1/2 tbsp dill,
1/2 cup Parmesan,
1/2 cup onion
Mix until smooth using an electric beater.
Fold in turkey.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fill potato shells with mixture.
Sprinkle tops with paprika.
1 tsp paprika
Place in a baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Notes
Simply recipe but the turkey and sprinkle of paprika makes this meal so good.
