Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream the margarine and the fructose.
1/4 cup low-calorie margarine,
1 tbsp granulated fructose
Beat in the egg, water, and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
1 large eggs,
3 tbsp water,
1 tsp vanilla
In a sifter, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Sift the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and mix well.
3/4 cup flour,
1/4 tsp baking soda,
1/4 tsp Salt
Stir in the chocolate chips.
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and cool them on racks.
Notes
Simple, fast but always excellently tasty chocolate chip cookies. You won't buy a packet from a shop again.
