cold
Instructions
Boil potatoes in their jackets. When soft, peel and dice. Add the celery, eggs and onion.
8 large potato,
1 bunch celery,
2 large eggs,
1 medium onion
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp and brown.
4 rashers bacon
Beat the eggs; add the sugar, dry mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, vinegar, and water.
2 large eggs,
1 cup sugar,
1/4 tsp mustard,
1 tbsp parsley,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Pepper,
1/2 cup vinegar,
1/2 cup water
Mix well.
Pour egg mixture into small amount of hot bacon fat and stir until mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Pour over the potato mixture and mix lightly.
Notes
You cant have a picnic without Potato Salad.
