Instructions
Combine all the marinade ingredients. Pour over steaks. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning steaks several times.

2 tbsp scallions,
1 clove garlic,
4 tsp sugar,
1 1/2 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce,
1 tsp mustard,
1/8 tsp Pepper
