or dry sherry

Instructions
Cook noodles per package directions to al dente stage.

Drain and rinse; set aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the oil.

Brown ground beef, breaking up clumps.

Add the garlic, light soy sauce, sugar and salt; stir to combine.

Add the bok choy, carrots and onions.

1/4 cup baby carrots,
1/4 cup onions
Stir fry until the vegetables are cooked but still have a bite.
In a small mixing bowl add the dark soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil and stir well.
1 tbsp dark soy sauce,
1 tbsp chinese rice wine,
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
Add the cooked and drained noodles and add the sauce.
Toss to coat completely.
Turn out on a serving platter making sure everything is piping hot.
