thinly sliced
Salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place the fish fillets in a shallow baking pan and season with salt and pepper.
Mix together the lime juice, onion, and ginger and pour over the fish.
Drizzle with the butter and place the lime slices on top of the fish.
Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven until the fish is firm and cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
