Saute 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli is tender but crisp.
Add the vinegar and anchovies and serve immediately.

I often include fried bacon for a meatier version otherwise this is an easy vegetarian recipe. Either way it is gorgeous.Instead of using Balsamic you can use red wine vinegar.
