Caramel Bananas
A very popular dessert regardless of age. My grandchildren love them and so do my parents. Always a surprise and success.

1 large lemon
Add the bananas and turn them to coat with the butter mixture.
6 ripe bananas
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over the bananas.
1/4 cup brown sugar,

Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Bananas taste even more banana-like when they're heated.
