Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir thoroughly to combine. It is advisable to use a food processor for this.
3 cups self-rising flour,
1 tsp sugar,
1/2 tsp Salt,
10 oz beer,
2 large eggs,
3/4 cup onion
Pour into a lightly sprayed 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Cooking spray
Piece the muffins with a toothpick or skewer. When it comes out clean, they are cooked.
