Instructions
Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat until hot, but not smoking.
Sauté chicken in oil until golden brown on all sides
Stir in tomatoes (undrained), breaking apart with a spatula. Add soup, corn, chili powder and garlic powder; stir well.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve this with rice and beans for more south of the border flair.
