In a small pan over medium heat, toast the seeds for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and aromatic. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the peach slices and sauté for 5-7 minutes, gently stirring, until the peaches soften and start to caramelise.
