chicken legs
skinned

chicken thighs

onion

cloves
garlic
finely chopped

fresh lime juice
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
dry Sherry
1/4
cup
orange juice
2
tbsp
ginger
grated
1
tbsp
honey

tbsp
sesame seeds
toasted
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix well.
1 medium onion,
4 cloves garlic,
1/2 cup fresh lime juice,
1/4 cup soy sauce,
1/4 cup dry Sherry,
1/4 cup orange juice,
2 tbsp ginger,
1 tbsp honey
Add the chicken and toss to coat in the marinade.
6 large chicken legs,
6 large chicken thighs
Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Place the chicken and marinade in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until done.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds immediately before serving.
