2 fl oz soy sauce,
2 fl oz orange juice,
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
8 g parsley,
½ tsp black pepper,
¼ tsp oregano
Add the tuna steaks to the dish and turn over until they are fully coated with the marinade.
4 large tuna steaks
Tightly cover the mixing bowl with cling film/plastic wrap and place in the fridge for ideal 60 minutes but 30 will do.
Turn the grill onto high and lightly oil the tray. If your using a barbecue then turn the gas on and put on high heat.
Pour the sesame seeds into a shallow dish.
Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and dip into the sesame seeds.
100 g sesame seeds
Place the coated and marinated tuna steaks on the grill tray and place under the grill.
Cook for about 5 minutes and flip over basting the second side with the remaining marinade taking care not to dislodge the sesame seeds.
Cook for a further 5 minutes or until the tuna is cooked to your liking.
