Wash and hull the strawberries. Set a few aside for decoration.
8 large strawberries
Place the remaining strawberries in a bowl and gently mulch them with a fork until juicy but still slightly chunky.
Stir the mulched strawberries into the yoghurt until well combined.
300 g plain yoghurt
Spoon the mixture evenly into two serving glasses.
Sprinkle one tablespoon of rolled oats over the top of each.
2 tbsp rolled oats
Decorate with the reserved strawberries and a few blackberries.

Serve immediately for the best texture, or chill for up to an hour (add oats just before serving if preparing ahead). Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
