Set your oven to 220°C (425°F). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or the hot pizza stone.
1 medium pizza dough
Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Begin by sprinkling the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Then, layer the vegetables starting with the spinach leaves, followed by the mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup red bell peppers, 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup black olives, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, salt, pepper
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, you can garnish it with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice and serve hot.
