Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, flour and salt to a mixing bowl and gently whisk together until texture is smooth.
Place a medium sized frying pan over a medium heat and add a little butter. I use a small piece of kitchen roll with soft butter on it and smear it around the pan. Ensures quick even application.
Carefully, spoon roughly 3 tablespoon of the batter into the hot pan.
Tilt the pan so that the batter evenly covers the pan.
Cook for 1 - 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
