Ingredients
- 4 large eggs free range, beaten
- 320 ml milk full
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 125 g plain flour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, flour and salt to a mixing bowl and gently whisk together until texture is smooth.
- Place a medium sized frying pan over a medium heat and add a little butter. I use a small piece of kitchen roll with soft butter on it and smear it around the pan. Ensures quick even application.
- Carefully, spoon roughly 3 tablespoon of the batter into the hot pan.
- Tilt the pan so that the batter evenly covers the pan.
- Cook for 1 – 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
