The final course of a good meal and the recipe that most people will remember is the dessert or pudding. This has the ability to crown a perfect meal. In addition a lot of recipes, desserts come in all shapes, sizes and even colours. These can range from a simple ice cream to a far more complicated chocolate soufflé.
