Add the white miso, dark soy and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
Place the pizza base on a flat surface and brush the miso sauce combination over the base. Don’t use too much as the base will become soggy.
Add the chestnut mushrooms, mozzarella and smoked ham liberally over the pizza base. Drizzle the olive oil over the everything to help with cooking.
Transfer the pizza base and parchment paper onto the pre heated baking tray (Creates a lovely crispy bottom). This is where I grate a little parmesan cheese on top for that extra hit.
Place the tray with pizza in the oven for 15 minutes. However, check after about 12 minutes. The crust should be golden brown and the cheese bubbling.
Sit down and enjoy with a cold beer or glass of chilled white.
