Instructions
In a glass bowl, add the vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard and minced garlic and stir until fully combined.
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
4 tbsp soy sauce,
2 cloves garlic,
2 tsp mustard,
4 tbsp olive oil
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper accordingly.

Place the steaks into the marinade turning over and massaging the marinade in.
Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the fridge leaving enough time to come to room temperature before cooking.
