Place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and baste the pork belly with the bbq sauce. Turn the meat over and baste this side as well.
½ cup bbq sauce
Return the tray to the oven for a further 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and the fat is translucent.
Serve with rice using any left over bbq sauce.

Notes: Instead of BBQ Sauce try Hoi Sin sauce or Char Siu Sauce for variationI use a covered baking tray but on the bbq place the pork belly direct onto the grill.
