apricot jam

chilli sauce
sriracha sauce

tsp
white wine vinegar

tbsp
soy sauce

Instructions
Place a small saucepan over a medium heat and add the jam, chilli sauce, white wine vinegar and soy sauce and gently warm.
100 g apricot jam,
2 tbsp chilli sauce,
4 tsp white wine vinegar,
2 tbsp soy sauce
Pour into a pre warmed serving bowl and serve with chicken drumsticks, wings or thighs.
Dip the chicken into the sauce or pour over and serve immediately with a scattering of toasted sesame seeds or fennel seeds.
