Ingredients

honey

rice wine vinegar

low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
1/4 cup honey,
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar,
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce,
3 cloves garlic,
2 tbsp parsley,
1 tbsp ginger,
freshly ground pepper
Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat evenly.
6 large chicken breast halves
Refrigerate covered for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Cook under a preheated broiler or over hot coals until done, 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.
