Boiled Potatoes with Herbs
Simple recipe with a lovely mix of herbs. Whilst not that healthy, putting butter on the hot potatoes takes this to a new level.

Ingredients
900
g
new potatoes
halved

tbsp
butter
slightly salted
1
tbsp
chives
chopped
1
tsp
fresh parsley
chopped
1
pinch
salt
to taste
Instructions
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add pinch of salt to the water.
Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return to the saucepan.
Add the butter, chives and parsley and season to your taste.
Transfer to a warmed serving bowl and serve immediately.
