Instructions
Combine the sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.
1/3 cup vinegar,
1/3 cup sugar,
1 tsp dry mustard,
1 clove garlic,
1 tsp celery seed,
1 pinch salt,
1 pinch black pepper
Toss the greens in the dressing and place on individual serving plates.
350 g spinach,
350 g lettuce,
1 large red bell pepper
Sprinkle with the cashews.

Serve immediately.
