Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews 125 ml, chopped
- 350 g raw spinach
- 350 g leaf lettuce
- 1/3 cup vinegar 80 ml
- 1/3 cup sugar 80 ml
- 1 tsp dry mustard 5 ml
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp celery seed 5 ml
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Toss the greens in the dressing and place on individual serving plates.
- Sprinkle with the cashews.
- Serve immediately.
