North American cuisine includes only three countries. They are massive in both size and variety of cuisines. They are the United States of America, Canada and Mexico. Each country has unique cuisines that are connected in some way. Also North America is so vast that all food groups are sourced. Whether it be fish from the seas to beef in the pastures to sheep in the meadows. It has its all. Hence there are vast regions of fruit, vegetable and alcohol production.
As a result, Central America and The Caribbean have their own categories. It is bordered to the north by the Arctic Ocean; to the east by the Atlantic Ocean; to the west and south by the Pacific Ocean; and to the southeast by South America and the Caribbean Sea.
