garlic
grated
1/2
tsp
ginger
chop

scallion
spring onion/chop

tbsp
soy sauce
1
tsp
sherry
1
tsp
rice wine vinegar
1
pinch
salt

pinch
ground black pepper
Instructions
Beat egg with salt and pepper, cook briefly, should still be slightly runny.
1 large eggs,
1 pinch salt,
1 pinch ground black pepper
Cook chicken over high heat with garlic, ginger and scallions
1/4 lb chicken,
1/2 tsp garlic,
1/2 tsp ginger,
1 large scallion
When chicken is done, add the briefly cooked egg and the soy sauce,
1 tbsp soy sauce
Add the sherry and vinegar and cook briefly.
1 tsp sherry,
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Add the cooked rice. and toss everything together. When hot serve immediately.
