Ingredients

chicken breast
skinless and boneless

garlic
finely chopped

soy sauce

rice wine

lime juice

tbsp
sesame oil
30 ml

tbsp
honey
15 ml

tbsp
ginger
15 ml, grated

tsp
Chinese five-spice

or pittas
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow glass pan.

Stir together the remaining ingredients except for the tortillas and pour over the chicken.
2-4 cloves garlic,
1/2 cup soy sauce,
1/4 cup rice wine,
2 tbsp lime juice,
2 tbsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp honey,
1 tbsp ginger,
1 tsp Chinese five-spice
Marinate refrigerated for 30 minutes to several hours.
Grill or broil the chicken breasts until done, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately wrapped in a tortilla or pita bread, or transport chilled and wrap immediately before serving.

Notes
I often include a salad within the wrap including pieces of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, relish and mayonnaise. All optional.
