halloumi

black olives
pitted/slice

cucumber

avocado

round tomatoes
cut into 8 slices

green beans
sliced/sugarsnaps

mixed salad

olive oil
Instructions
Heat a large griddle pan over a high heat. Drizzle the halloumi slices with 1 tbsp oil and add to the pan in a single layer.
300 g halloumi,
1 tbsp olive oil
Cook for 2 mins each side or until golden and charred.
In a large serving dish add the mixed salad, sliced green beans, tomatoes, avocado and cumber slices with black olives and toss to mix.
1 large cucumber,
1 large avocado,
200 g round tomatoes,
100 g green beans,
100 g mixed salad,
20 large black olives
Add the hot halloumi on top of the salad and serve.
