basmati rice

Instructions
Place a frying pan or saucepan over a medium high heat and add the rice and water.
Add a pinch of salt.
Bring the rice/water to a simmer and place the lid on the pan. Must be tight fitting to help steam the rice.
Turn the heat down to a medium low and cook for 12 minutes. Do not touch!!
After 12 minutes, take a look to make sure all of the water has been absorbed.
Place lid back on and leave for 5 minutes.
Remove lid and fluff up the rice with a fork.
Simple.
